( that's... unexpected? yet not really at the same time. the unexpected comes from jason telling him, he thinks, given he'd had his own suspicions prior, but. jason had maintained they were only friends and far be it from him to pry. still, that gets a slow glance over as they go before he looks back ahead to the road. )

[Oh. Jason goes quiet, absorbing what Bruce is saying. He's felt insufficient more than once since arriving and more before leaving the Titans. He lets his gaze drift away before he nods.]
