Maybe if Bruce had been more considerate, he would have offered this Bruce a chance to get used to the idea first, before opening the door for this moment.
Maybe. But Bruce isn't that considerate.

( It's strange to see the suit reflected back to him like this. It's different, as expected, yet still familiar in ways that are difficult to ignore. The older Bruce prior hadn't been with a suit β hadn't worn it in years, but this one... this one is still wearing it, if even older than him, and it's... strange to see, leaving him uncertain with how he feels about that. )
